Professional Experience ...

As an executive coach Klaus works internationally with c-level leaders across all sectors. His clients include major public companies, family owned businesses, start-ups & scale-ups, private equity & venture capital funds as well as consulting and law firms. In the early stages of his career, he experienced leadership in extreme conditions as a submarine officer before working in Investment Banking and Management Consulting.
